Are for the lengh of time stated on the original purchase order , and are for Parts and Labor, if a product fails a customer must notify PLUS 2 COMPUTERS LLC or one of its authorized agents within 24 hours of the failure, or the contract will be void for that repair , if it is found that a customer has tampered with or altered the unit without prior written consent the warranty will be voided immedatley and no further service will be honored to the customer ( REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVIN TO CUSTOMERS WHO KNOWINGLY OR INTENTIONALY MISUSE OR ABUSE) the Computer, accessories, components , or any related part or other service. )

 

Refunds on contracts in good faith other than stated above will be for a prorated amount based upon the lengh of time in months left on the contract

 

I.E 10yr contract @ 1200.00 (1200.00/120months)=10.00 per month left on the contract depending on how many months are left  

 

3 or more repairs in any 12 month period will result in a replacement unit being sent to the customer based on the customer returning the original defective product to Plus 2 Computers LLC or one of its authorized agents designated at the time of replacement.

 

 

RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCT WILL BE FOR DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT ONLY
